Who am I?

I am Anais Herrera. I was born on december 20, 1998, in Santiago, Chile. I grew up in Santiago, in "La Florida", with my mom and my eldest sister. I went to "Raimapu" school during every my elementary school and two years of the highschool, where I made very good friends, I meet my boyfriend and I acquired much of the values that defined who I am. Despite this, I borred of the scholar system and I finished my highschool in the "Colegio para adultos instituto miraflores". As a result of that, I go in to the university last year, for to form me as sociology.  I'm the little sister of three sister and my parents decided broke his relationship when I are a little baby.  In my free time, I like be with my family or boyfriend, reading, walking and go to parks. Paulo Freire: a popular education.

Paulo Freire is an educator and expert in education, born in Brazil in the year 1921. He entered at the University of "Recife" in the year 1943, where he studied law, philosophy and psychology of language. The most impressive, he did it all at the same time! But, he never practiced as a lawyer. Paulo Freire work as an educator and as a theorist of education all his life, holding important position in the public politics on education in Brazil. One of the most important things he has done is develop the critical pedagogy in the theory and practice. This is aimed to allow to the people obtain a critical capacity for that they are capable of to question the world in which they live. But this is not all! The critical pedagogy holds that the knowledge is not transmitted, is constructed in a dialogic process between the educator and the students. My Best Holiday

Hello classmates! Today I will tell you about my best holiday. My best holiday it was last year, in May. I went to "San Pedro de Atacama" with my father. We spent five days in the village. We visited many beautiful places, as Tatio Geysers, the Valley of the Moon and its salt caverns, Cejar lagoon, salar of Atacama and the "eye of the salar". I enjoyed very much in these places, above all in the Cejar lagoon because in this place we floated in the lagoon without makes the least effort. Also I liked very much to see the Tatio Geysers, although we had to get up very early and we had to bear the cold of the morning in the Andes mountains. In addition I liked to eat the traditional food of this area of Chile and learned about their artcrafts. I loved this place because is calm and it makes you feel like you are inside of the immensity territory that never ends. Thanks for you attention, I leave you some pictures of my travel!
